Folks it’s been a while, Here is part 1 more to come. There will be an abundance of Porterisms. Pastor Porter or “Pinky” as I lovingly call him, since pink is his favorite color, probably will not admit to them. The glory goes to God, ( a Porterism) but the blame is all his. He’s the one that dunked me, he held me under for 20 seconds, he said he wanted me to see where I was going when I died. I could not get in the gate was locked, I did not tell him, I was worried he would dunk me again for a longer time.

Folks, I am no different than you. Sometimes things get a little out of hand, we forget that we fight against principalities, and the powers of darkness and evil. we need Gods help to win,

Some times we just let it go and do not ask for God’s help. Sometimes has a habit of becoming most times. “God forgive me I forgot, I’ll pray later” Later is like Tomorrow, it never gets here. The Devil wins again, and again and again. Sooner or later……..
Jeremiah 15:19-21 ……..God speaking……..

I am GUILTY !!!! No excuses folks. I know it has been a while since my last post. The Devil is working really hard, and winning because I have not been praying hard enough. Trying hard is not good enough, praying and asking for God’s help is what always works. When we read the Bible we will see when the Hebrews ask for God’s help they always win, and when they don’t they always loose. I need to take my own advice and ask for God’s help. Part time Pastors you should do the same, pray and TRUST that God will supply your needs, if he wants you there your needs will be met, not necessarily your wants…..but your needs……Pastor and Sheppard same number, same meaning.
